韦永龙
2016年在中科院动物研究所获得博士学位。2016年至2022年在德克萨斯大学西南医学中心进行博士后训练。2022年5月入职太阳成集团tyc7111cc生命科学中心,任研究员。主要从事肝再生与肝癌的细胞基础与分子机制研究,相关研究成果发表于Science、Blood和Development等国际一流期刊。
研究组主要以小鼠为模型,通过细胞示踪、基因敲除、高通量筛选,以及常规的分子生化实验,研究肝细胞多样性在肝脏稳态维持及疾病发生过程中的作用,重点关注细胞在响应内在基因突变及外在环境改变时如何实现功能调整及命运抉择。期望通过调控基因在不同时空的表达影响细胞的命运,促进肝脏正常再生,阻断肝疾病及肝癌的发生。
